What does BOLDred actually stand for?
BOLDred is more than just a company - it is a movement for empowerment and change. BOLDred is passionate about breaking stigma and taboos around menstruation and sexual education and offers a platform that combines sustainable solutions and creative education.
Our mission: to take menstruation from menarche to menopause and sexual education out of the taboo corner and present them as completely normal parts of life. BOLDred offers sustainable menstrual products, empowering educational books, empowerment accessories and powerful BOLD statement jewelry as well as our unique workshops that combine creative learning with a fun factor and in which menstruation and sex education can be explored without shame or prejudice.
One of BOLDred 's major goals is to go directly to schools to help students take the first, courageous step towards dealing openly with these issues before traditional sex education classes begin. But it's not just schools that benefit - other organisations and companies also benefit from our creative workshops to break down outdated views and open up new perspectives.
As a social enterprise, we go one step further and invest part of our income in charitable projects and initiate our own social initiatives to further break the taboo around menstruation. At BOLDred, we believe that real change starts with engagement and education.
