The shipping costs are a flat rate of €3.90 within Germany! If you spend more than €55, shipping is free.

We ship with DHL Go Green and do not use plastic for packaging. In some cases, smaller packages are sent with grass boxes in order to continually reduce paper consumption. The goal is to be able to do without paper completely and to be able to access materials that are more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

After you receive your panties, you can easily try them on over thin panties. If it doesn't fit or you've perhaps ordered two sizes to try out as a precaution, you can easily send them back to us.

However, worn or washed period panties are excluded from exchange; we will not take them back.

All products contain NO BIOCIDES and are selected with this in mind, as we do not want to allow ANY BIOCIDES to reach our great sexual organ!

This varies from person to person.

You should not wear panties for longer than about 8 hours. If you only wear menstrual panties, you will probably need at least 5, and will probably wash some during your period. If you combine panties with a menstrual cup, it may be that you use panties especially during heavier bleeding, but when bleeding is lighter, a reusable menstrual pad, either alone or combined with a menstrual cup, is completely sufficient.

We therefore advise you to roughly start with 3 panties to get a feel for how you would like to manage your period with these products. Also be patient with yourself. Especially if you're new to it, you might try out a few products and then slowly realize which ones make you feel most comfortable during your period.
