Kulmine reusable menstrual pads are suitable for light to heavy bleeding and light forms of incontinence . Their absorbing power is comparable to that of disposable products. The high-quality cotton flannel absorbs blood and urine drops quickly without the menstrual reusable pad feeling damp.

• In the variants with satin, one side is made of cotton satin. The satin is smooth instead of fluffy and a bit more dimensionally stable. The other side and the absorbent core are also made of tried and tested cotton flannel.
• The "Standard" Kulmine is made of pure cotton flannel. The flannel is soft, slightly fluffy and absorbent.
